All packages include a 24-hour rental period with drop-off, set up, tear down, and pick up within 50 miles of Bridgton, ME. There is a $300 rental minimum.

We handle the logistics so you can focus on your celebration. Delivery, setup, and pickup are included within 100 miles of Bridgton, Maine.

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a confirmation email and rental agreement to sign, officially reserving your items.

Two weeks before your event, we’ll send your final invoice and confirmation details. Full payment is due at least 10 days before your event.

Frequently Asked Questions

How do I book a rental?

Once you’ve browsed our inventory and filled out the inquiry form, you’ll receive an immediate link to pay your deposit and sign the rental agreement. Your rental date is officially secured once both steps are completed. We recommend booking early as inventory moves quickly during peak season!

What if I want to rent something that isn’t currently listed in your inventory?

We’re always looking to expand and update our collection! If there’s a specific item you’re interested in, please let us know. We’d love to discuss your needs and see if we can add it or find a similar alternative for your event.

Is there a minimum rental amount for delivery?

Yes. We have a $250 rental minimum for all deliveries.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking 6+ weeks in advance for peak-season events (May–October). We’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests if inventory allows.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a $75 deposit for every $500 in rentals (e.g., $150 deposit for a $600 order). The remaining balance is due two weeks prior to your event.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a future booking within 12 months, pending availability.

Do you deliver?

Yes! We offer delivery for all rentals. Delivery is free within 50 miles of Bridgton, Maine. For events 51–250 miles away, a flat-rate travel fee applies. If your event is more than 250 miles from Bridgton, we’re happy to provide a custom quote based on distance and logistics.

Will you set everything up?

Setup is included for larger décor items and backdrops. Lawn games and other items are typically dropped off, but setup is available as an optional add-on if desired.

What are your delivery and pickup hours?

Standard delivery and pickup hours are between 9 AM and 6 PM. If you require delivery outside of this window, let us know and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

How long is a rental period?

Most rentals are for one full day. Weekend packages (Friday drop-off, Sunday pickup) are available. Need something longer? Let us know — we’re happy to quote extended rental options.

What happens if one of the rental items is damaged?

All rental items should be returned in the same condition in which they were delivered. If an item is lost, broken, or returned excessively dirty, you (the renter) will be responsible for the cost of replacement or cleaning, as outlined in your rental agreement. We’ll always provide an itemized invoice in such cases.

Can I create a custom package?

Absolutely! We love working with you to curate pieces that reflect your style and vision. Just tell us about your event vibe and we’ll suggest the perfect mix.

Do you offer event setup or styling support?

While we aren’t full-service planners, we do offer setup assistance for all Evergreen rental items and are happy to help with
layout ideas. Add-on setup support is available if you’d like our team to stay and style the space for you.
